« Connie stood out not only a person that takes their job seriously and performs it well but is also a people person. She saw in our faces that something was off and she took the time to ensure my family was okay. She uplifted our spirits and because of her, when we return to Lynchburg, we will be staying at this location. »

« Breakfast was good for being included with the price. Good variety of options and some fresh fruits. Katherine is a hard worker. Looked like she was the only person keeping up with the buffet which was a busy place with all the construction workers from a nearby project. I would recommend this hotel. « Easy check-in and room was ready. Room was clean, comfortable, and the mini-kitchen is nice. Breakfast options were extremely poor (I would rate it 1 star-worse options I have ever seen) and the staff was so loud. It's early in the am, I don't want to hear about your work/life, etc. It's probably because the breakfast space is right in the entrance and is small and cramped. Overall good and I would stay again. »

« Everything was fabulous but what really stood out is that it was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel has a notice in the elevator about quiet hours being 10-7 and anyone under 18 needs to be with an adult if outside their room during these hours. »

« I forgot to ask for a room on the bottom level, my husband is handicapped and I have 2 bad knees. With no elevator we would have been just miserable. We were first told no that there wasn't any rooms available. BUT to the rescue I think the manager hooked us up and we got a room. That was greatly appreciated . Room was clean, bed was EH. But we are not picky people just want a room a toilet and shower and pray that the bed is comfortable and clean. Thanks again for getting a room on the...

« All was good except for the outer door. It slammed shut every time someone came through it. So, when the family with the little dog went for a walk at 5:30 am, the door slammed and woke my room up. If they could fix the door, it would make a huge difference. Thanks. »

« Room was great, pet friendly which was a plus for us. Staff super friendly and helpful. Elevator was broken and we were on third floor but honestly with tour dog we would have taken the steps anyway »
