„Staff was fine.“

„I called the number on the drawer letting me know that that was the office because no one was there. When they answered the phone. They seem annoyed and asked me if I even had a reservation. And finally unlocked the door to a Small and uncomfortable office. That should have been my cue to leave. The room smelt bad when I walked in it and had no air running so it was over 80°. It was filthy.“

„Trotz Vorabzahlung hat das Hotel einfaxh den Betrag nochnals von der Kreditkarte abgebucht “

„Room was spacious and beautiful! Loved the grounds! Breakfast was delicious!“

„Friendly staff“

„It was run down for the money they want. I'll never stay there again.“

„Room was nice but found dead cockroach in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder broken. Bed was pretty comfortable. But the worst part was the tv...kept freezing and changing channels on its own. Called the front desk, he said he would come and take a look, he never came.“

„Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm. Wir hatten das Zimmer auf der Highway-Seite, dadurch hörte man natürlich die ganze Nacht auch den Verkehr. Aber war nicht so schlimm als zuerst angenommen.“

„Gutes und leckeres Frühstück. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Jacuzzi wurde ebenfalls genutzt, war eine sehr angenehme Entspannung.“

„It was a nice clean room clean and good size. Mattress could use an upgrade and the water was barely warm.“

„We were cooked a full breakfast the next morning, had our beds turned down with chocolates and banana bread waiting for us in our room upon arrival. I have never felt so pampered and rested and all this while enjoying the environment of a 140 year old manor. My husband needed some time away from the busy life of teenagers and now we will be back yearly.“

„I had a hard time at check in repeatedly. Although I was on a company trip I was forced to use my out of pocket cash to obtain a room that was already registered, then the price went up at the check in counter.“

„We looooved it!! We will be back. The place is so fun and so clean. Front desk girls are the most friendly people, so welcoming! Whole experience was 10/10- I highly recommend this place. My kids were sad to leave. They loved everything about it, the park the pool the hotel everything is beyond stunning and fun.“

„Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.“
