„Great unit in a very cute town. We stayed three nights for the Newport Jazz Fest and it took roughly 45-minutes to drive each way. There are very nice restaurants nearby on the waterfront. The unit was very clean and very accommodating. Two huge rooms and a living/dining area. The noise from the traffic on the intersection can be a little loud. We slept with a noise machine and the sound of the ac unit helped. Overall a great place to stay!“

„The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place.“

„All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done.“
