„My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and neat and the process of checking in and out was easy-peasy. I rated it four stars instead of five because it is remote, so unless you're sticking to cycling or activities on the nearby South Fork of the New River, you'll be driving a bit to get anywhere. Although I'm a lifelong resident of NC, I'm always discovering new places to visit, and this was a great one. I would definitely stay there again when I have more time to explore ...

Oh my, the house, it is picturesque, it should be featured in a magazine. It is the cleanest vacation rental house we have stayed in. A big plus, just a short drive to Watauga lake. The host, Gary, is super friendly. We can’t wait to come back!“
