„部屋に露天風呂があったんでいつでも気軽に入浴でき最高。ただ湯温が熱すぎてゆっくり疲れなかった。 料理はとても美味しかった。 また機会があったら宿泊したいと思います。“

„温泉が近くにあるのはいい。普通の旅館にあるテレビや冷蔵庫が無い。共同トイレ、共同シャワーは人によって捉え方は違うが清潔でした。 近隣にある旅館より宿泊費が安いので、素泊まり目的なら問題ありません。“

„Staff were excellent. I found that I lost my passport when I was checking in. They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help. BTW, the local "taksashi" crab at nearby restaurant is super super oishii!! Must try!!“

Stayed two nights here and arrived around 6pm on the first day by bus — Heda is a small town so taxis stop very early, I called the hotel and they sent a shuttle to come down and pick us up! They also offer to shuttle you places if you are not able to reserve meals, so if you plan to dine in the hotel definitely try and do it far ahead“

„Excellent view and unique experience for clamping. We asked in advance whether there’s toilet and bathroom inside the dome and the answer is “yes” . Turn out only shared outdoor bathroom and toilet is available . Maybe it’s because Staff don’t speak fluent English but it’s fine . I love the venue and the bbq and breakfast served by myself very much. Happy that it’s not yet occupied by overseas tourist and excited to explore this new place in Japan. “

„The architecture was beautiful and sophisticated - Very Japanese and very clean. The rooms were the best we experienced in Japan. The food was impeccable. The Onsen was gorgeous. The service beyond five star. Yes go and experience this hotel it is truly amazing!“

„Tu en room was absolutely stunning with the private hot tub. Don’t bother eating there though. It s a waste of your money. The shuttle was very convenient to get to the train station and visit.“
