Good hotel but pay for pool usage, really?
The hotel is well maintained but typical for high-end places all services and restaurants are of high standard and even higher prices. Very disappointing was that during summer months the hotel charges 40 USD for each and any visit to the pool. A reason for me not to come back.

While this hotel is not in the area with most tourist attractions, it is quite central with a metro entrance right near the hotel making it easy to get around. We stayed here twice during our last trip to Japan and there seems to be some persistent issue with the IHG system think we have Club Intercontinental access but the hotel system not showing it. Both stays they were kind enough to give access but we had to ask and show email proof.

The hotel and room were spacious, elegant and lovely. However guests can’t get into any of the decent restaurants because they are booked out. Extremely annoying. No priority consideration. This needs to be addressed somehow.

The lobby is very nice and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. However the room I got was really outdated - did not even have USB plugs for our devices. The bathroom looked dated with its tile and fixtures. But I love how spacious the bedroom is. The treadmills in the hotel gym are also outdated which was a bit disappointing.

I stayed at many hotels in japan.. and on my very last night my previous booking was canceled by mistake …. I had to find a room so I chose this “five star” hotel only to get to room and find a disgusting and dated room with crunchy hard carpets and and old tub from the 80s there was dirts in places and mildew in the tiles …. The hotel wouldn’t accommodate a late checkout and wouldn’t consider finding me a new room …. The food at the restaurant was overpriced for the type of food that was prepared definitely in no way a five star hotel I couldn’t even get breakfast from the restaurant at 10:30 they closed the restaurant and sent me away definitely won’t be staying here again

Escolhemos este hotel e selecionamos o quarto de acordo com as fotos dos site, que era um quarto moderno e super Bem decorado . Quando chegamos ao hotel, nos deram um quarto antigo Que não tinha nada a ver com as fotos , Fui até a recepção Solicitar a troca do quarto Mas fui informado Que não tinha nenhum outro quarto disponível naquele momento e somente poderiam trocar Para um outro quarto após dois dias e este atendimento não foi muito amistoso . Passado os dois dias Solicitamos a troca do quarto que realmente era o que nós tínhamos Comprado de acordo com as fotos do site. Café da manhã incrível , próximo ao metrô e atendimento não muito amável principalmente Pelos homens.

My stay was highly enjoyable, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the rooms are great! Only thing that could have made it better: if the hot water had been much warmer.

Perfect gym. The rooms were clean and peaceful but little bit old fashioned. The staff was very friendly and helpful but many times had problems with their English skills (for example it was not easy to order food & drinks at restaurants)
