Despite the fact that you choose our property for your stay, we truly regret to learn that your stay was not satisfactory. We are located at 10 minutes by train from the Shinjuku area. There is 2 JR stations at about 6 minutes walking from our hotel and also the subway station in front of our hotel. It might not be a very lively place, however, we do think that it could be very convenient at that you can enjoy a peaceful stay by avoiding the crowd of the center of Tokyo. Regarding the noise of the highway, we would like to apology for not being able to change your room. We usually change the room for a quiet one when our guests are not satisfied by the soundproofing, however, our hotel was unfortunately fully booked during your full stay and it also it depends on the room availability. We would be glad to help you if you had the opportunity to ask for a quiet room prior your arrival. Once again, your feedback is highly appreciated.
