Hotel ist sehr Zentrum gelegen aber die Zimmer sind wirklich schrecklich und ich bin wirklich nicht einer der für kleinigkeiten jammert aber die Zustände waren nicht gut die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig und auch war der Zimmer komplett verstaubt. Also ich würde es nicht noch einmal buchen

Whist the property is located literally at Shinjuku, it takes around 15 minutes walk from the JR Shinjuku station to the hotel via a very long underground tunnel. If you have your travel by JR/metro during your stay in Tokyo, you may wish to carefully consider if the actual location of the hotel is the most convenient to you among lots of choices. Other than that the hotel is nice.

The rooms are small, which is normal in Japan hotels. Central air conditioning not turned on. Room was quite warm and we could only control speed of fan, not temperature. Hotel has 2 convenience stores and a few restaurants. Location is great. Walking distance to shopping, train stations, restaurants. Would stay here again!

the hotel was within walking distance of the shinjkuk station with underground access making it very convenient. plenty of dining options in the area and less crowded than kabukicho (higashi shinjuku).

The rooms are very compact which can be a challenge for us westerners (US) especially if overpacked but everything else was really lovely and the staff were very helpful and accommodating On a return visit I would really review the various dining options but the Manhattan room breakfast buffet was especially outstanding

It’s a three star hotel 15mins walk from the bright lights if Shinjuku and it’s fantastic transport connections to the rest of Tokyo and beyond! Small rooms but it’s Tokyo. Highly recommended! Cheers N

My kids and I were there the end of March and The room was stuffy. The windows didn’t open and the air conditioning was set so that it couldn’t go very low. The air was much cooler outdoors than in the rooms.

The room was so tiny, you could not even walk between the bed and the table. There are no drawers to store your clothes. There is no closet. Your suitcase is your clothes storage.
