Our family of 8 stayed here and found it to be a great value for our trip to Tokyo. The space was cozy but had just enough room for all of us. The living room futon was surprisingly comfortable for two people, and we all slept well. One of the bedrooms was quite small and best suited for one person, but our daughter actually loved having her own private space. The property manager was wonderful to work with. Communication was excellent, and she was always available through messaging when we had questions. We especially appreciated her kindness and responsiveness throughout our stay.If you’re looking for a large gathering space where everyone can comfortably spend a lot of time together in the living and dining areas, you may find it a bit compact. However, since we spent most of our time exploring Tokyo, it was perfect for what we needed and saved us a significant amount compared to booking hotel rooms. The location was very convenient, with the train station, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart all within a short walk. There were also several small local restaurants nearby. We often relied on Google Translate to communicate, as this area seemed to cater more to locals than tourists. We actually enjoyed that aspect of the neighborhood—it felt more authentic and less crowded than the more tourist-heavy areas. We found a wonderful restaurant just around the corner and had one of our favorite meals there.Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.
