"Il s'agit de ma 2e visite à cet établissement, l'an dernier nous avions été satisfait pour l'ensemble de sorte que nous avons pris le même hotel. Cette anné, nous avons constater qu'il n'y avais pas de réfrigérateur ni de micro-onde. Cependant nous avons éprouvés des problèmes avec la douche. Nous avons communiquer avec l'administration et il nous ont dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire et n'ont rien offert en compensation"
