« La réservation s’est faite rapidement, le check-in et check-out ont été bien également. La chambre était spacieuse, il y avait la présence du bouilloire avec des tasses pour le bon nombre de personnes présentes. Nous avons passé une nuit reposante, cependant l’un de nous a été sujet à des piqûres de punaises de lit. C’est le seul problème que nous avons eu. Sinon le reste était top. »

« This is not a hotel, it is a house with digital locks on the doors. Location on maps is wrong. I had to call someone to find the house and for them to let me in. Bathroom is not nice, the sink and shower are clearly blocked. Bedroom was okay but very basic. The person on the phone was helpful but I also got locked out of my room at 5am and couldn't get back in until I sent a message on WhatsApp. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend staying here. »

« Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely. »

« Adequate room and clean bedroom and bathroom. Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes. But good price for location. »

« Went to the address Hotel.com state. Its a private house, a deaf person answered and said it wasn't a hotel »

« ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a lovely stay at Sapphire Hotel in London. The location was convenient, and the hotel was a good base for exploring the city and visiting the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in London. I would happily stay here again! »

« Lighting in room terrible. No shoe horn. Electric sockets everywhere but no place to use hairstyler standing in front of a mirror with sufficient light. Kettle /tea tray inside of very dark armoire with no plug. Had to take the whole thing out to use. Hair dryer in dark armoire in dark bag; couldn’t find it the first day! Muzak in dining area way too loud and inappropriate. Only one hot beverage machine in dining area at breakfast time resulting in long lines. Breakfast options on the lower...

« There seamed to be multiple plumbing issues throughout the building. The cleaning was near non-existent. The cleaning staff acted like they were doing me a favour. They bought towels asked if I wanted the room cleaned and only touched the bathroom. Never! Ever! again. Don’t do it. Take this place off your listings. »

« Bon petit dejeuner et diner Le bruit de pas a l'étage superieur et l'escalier etroit »
