« Hôtel a 2mn de la gare de Wimbledon, très bien desservie par les trains et le métro. Grande chambre, et lit très confortable. De plus, aucun bruit, ni dans l'hôtel ni à l'extérieur. Très satisfait du séjour. »

« Séjour de 4 jours à Londre dont 3 nuits. Prix très raisonnable, l'appartement est bien desservis à côté du métro Northen ligne, cinq à dix minute à pied. Restaurant, market et fast food aux alentours. Un très bon accueil ! Le petit déjeuner est compris, cuisine commune où vous pourrez vous faire des oeufs, du bacon, des tartines avec un large choix de confiture ( fraise, framboise,...), de multiples jus de fruit ( jus de pomme, jus d'orange, jus de raisin), lait et café. »

La chambre était spacieuse, il y avait la présence du bouilloire avec des tasses pour le bon nombre de personnes présentes. De kamer oogde schoon, maar na wat beter te kijken bleek er een pleister van een vorige bezoeker op de grond te liggen, samen met allerlei andere troep en stofresten onder het bed. Op een van de muren zat een vieze vlek. Op de kast ligt een dikke laag stof en troep. De badkamer ruikt muf. De afvoer van de douchebak loopt slecht door. Het verwijderen van de afdekkap helpt het...

« I was expecting a family hotel as it's marked as a hotel - that's what I had put into the search box. Instead, it was simply an HMO - a terraced house with multiple rooms with one shared bathroom/toilet in very poor condition. It's a great place to leave. »

« Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely. »

Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes. « The hotel does not look like the advertised photos. The staff was basically nowhere to be found my entire stay and I had no wifi at all during my trip. There is supposedly a lift but it's inconvenient, I personally would not stay here again. It was old and quiet and almost scary. Hotel was quite run down and that would've been fine had I any interactions with the staff here. When I first arrived I could not even enter the building and had to ask a bartender to look for someone for me to enter....

« Very disappointed, recent room/bathroom renovation is qualitative and nice, but unfortunately the owners aren’t focused on cleaning… carpets, walls & doors, everything is dirty due to poor cleaning and maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend. »
