« I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else. »

« Excellent front desk staff, went above and beyond. Breakfast offerings nicely varied, space very clean, observed staff helpful with special request. Good parking. Would recommend to any family member! »

« I was disappointed with the condition of the bath room. A broken and repaired lid on the toilet. A long hair on the towels and the shower/tub was in bad need of reglazing. I took pictures, which I can send. I also showed the photos to the front desk upon check out. The front desk agent apologized. »

« The rooms are close to noisy roads and insulation is weak which prevents you from sleeping at night (walls even vibrate when trucks are passing by). In term of noise, you can clearly hear your neighbors. In addition, I have been intoxicated by the smell of painting in my room. I spent the following day at the office with the smell of painting in my mouth. If you don't have the choice and plan to stay at this hotel in the coming weeks please note that they are maintaining the rooms by repainting...

« Terrible check-in experience on May 10th at 9 PM. The staff member was blatantly disrespectful. He ignored my questions, made visible faces of annoyance, and made us feel like a burden rather than paying guests. We were with kids, and his cold attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I expected much better service from this establishment. »
