„The rooms were nice and clean. They are open like a studio apartment but that worked good for our three families that rented three rooms. It was really nice to have a full kitchen. The pullout wasn’t too comfortable but the beds were. Would definitely stay here again.“

„This property is lovely and everything we hoped for the only complaint I have is about check-in/check out times. Currently they are set and don't offer early or late check in /check out times or additional parking passes. Parking on surf city is very difficult , so these amenities would be helpful.“

„It would have been better to have more than 2 cups for the coffee machine. It would have been nice to have an electric tea pot to boil water for tea or a french press coffee maker. the microwave is not the best to boil water. It was a good idea to use an old store front for a small apartment. The restaurant next store was nice for breakfast and being on the water was nice. I would replace the two bar stools and table with a round table and chairs, it would be easier to use.“
