When we walked into our room, we were met with offensive odour. It was perhaps a combination of urine/vomit, wet carpet and floral deodorizer. We went back to the front desk to request a different room and we're told they were fully booked. The night manager offered us a fan, but no recognition that there was anything amiss when entering the room and turning on the a/c.
Complementary breakfast: Luke warm soggy potato wedges and turkey sausages, dried out croissants and bitter coffee.
The bed and sheets were good, and the airport shuttle was good (though it does not run after midnight, so our arrival at 11:50 meant an expensive taxi ride.
We could open a window to help vent the smell and humidity.
Seriously considered renting a van to sleep at the airport instead.
