Das die Zimmer ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen sind, könnten wir noch verkraften. Das man den Balkon aufgrund von Taubenkot nicht betreten konnte, vielleicht auch noch. Aber die Karkerlaken im Badezimmer haben tatsächlich das Fass zum überlaufen gebracht! Wir würden nicht nochmal herkommen. Schade, denn das Hotel ist super gelegen.

Das Hotel ist riesengroß, dementsprechend lebendig geht es auch in der Ankunftshalle zu. Irgendjemand schrieb, es gleicht einer Bahnhofshalle, dem kann ich zustimmen. Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas veraltet, leicht "angeschmuddelt", der Renovierungsstau ist nicht zu übersehen. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht. Dies hatte (nicht explizit gebucht) eine Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer, die offen war ! Ich konnte problemlos ins (nicht von mir) bewohnte Zimmer nebenan gelangen. Sowas geht einfach gar nicht und diese Nachlässigkeit hat mich dann doch etwas beunruhigt. Die Lage des Hotels ist prima, das Personal weitestgehend bemüht und man kann kostenfrei Boardingpässe ausdrucken oder andere benötigte Dokumente. Insgesamt würde ich Preis - Lage - Leistung in einem leichten Missverhältnis sehen, aber noch im grünen Bereich.

Gutes Hotel an sehr guter Lage.
Es handelt sich um einen riesigen Hotelkomplex. Die Zimmer sind eher klein aber zufriedenstellend ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Das Hotel liegt praktisch im Zentrum von Toronto, an der Yonge Street.

Wenn man ein Zimmer wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich ist möchte, muss man ein Deluxe Zimmer wählen. Ansonsten ist man im nicht renovierten Teil des Hotels, bei welchem die Zimmer leider nicht zufriedenstellend sind. Personal leider nicht hilfsbereit oder freundlich, würde ein anderes Hotel empfehlen.

Unbelievable, noise from Wellesley Street and a Coke machine out in the hall. If I got two hours sleep, I was lucky. emergency equipment and heavy equipment moving all night. I would never spend a nickel on this place ever again $200 would just thrown in the garbage. I wanted to be well rested. I’m having surgery at 10 o’clock. I am so stressed out I can’t wait to put me out. I live in Whitby and decided to stay overnight instead of that mind blowing Toronto morning traffic. What a mistake.

The hotel and property are dated. I was surprised when I compare to other hotels. I realize a Leaf playoff game was on but 500 for a night was too high given the condition of the hotel.

Had the thermostat at 16C, but the room was very warm. I called and asked if they could come help me fix it and they said that there is no AC during this time of the year and if I needed the room to be cold that I should open the Window of my room… which I did… but it is downtown Toronto on Thursday night… so I was only able to get about 4 hours sleep because of how loud it was and the other two nights that I stayed there, was no exception… I don’t normally leave reviews of hotels, but unfortunately this was the worse sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. I paid nearly $2000 for a 4 night stay and had to have the window open all 5 days I stayed at the hotel, so not a single peaceful moment.

Our room was exceptionally small, and no kurig just a small kettle with instant coffee but the most disturbing thing is that: at 6 in the morning (i am a very light sleeper) i can hear someone trying to get in their room, but was having issues with their key card, turns out it was my room, i had the chain lock on, and when i said HEY! He stopped fiddling with the lock and said: Housekeeping....like hell housekeeping, now get this...comes back a second time 20 mins later and when i said wth?! He says sorry this room is supposed to be empty, if so...then why would it need housekeeping??
