According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can`t guarantee a refund. Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. The price is $20 per night. It's recommended to request it in advance as vacant parking spots may be limited. Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking.
