The home is so welcoming and spacious. Every detail is perfect! This home was a perfect landing place for my family that traveled to see our daughter at Franciscan University for Homecoming Weekend. The kitchen was great for cooking meals for everyone. Lots of places to sit and relax together. We hope to visit again soon!

Our recent visit to Toronto Ohio for our son’s college graduation.

Let me just say when you go into this quiet town, you will not be prepared for this home. It is a mixture of a blast from the past with modern conveniences. It screams welcome home when you enter the house and the countless words of love and encouragement from Tony and Brandi throughout the home will make you feel at ease. The large dining room table where new memories can be made or a serious Uno card game can be had or just a meal to be shared with your group.The swings were great; you can grab a book or laptop and swing until your heart is content. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the river flow with the occasional barge going by.Big comfortable beds and a huge kitchen. If I have to revisit Franciscan University, I will be staying here. Thank you, Tony and Brandi.

Whimsical Toronto Property

From the moment we walked through the door, this house was perfect! The large windows with natural light, the updated kitchen, and large dining table provided the space we needed to congregate as a family. We loved the bedroom spaces and the updated bathrooms. Working with Tony was the icing on the cake!

A gem overlooking Ohio River

Such a peaceful home, beautifully appointed with perfect little touches throughout. Front door framed by beautiful lead crystal windows leads to roomy front porch for morning coffee, cuddling on the swing seat with a good book, comfortable chairs for gathering. We watched the full moon come over the hill glittering on the Ohio River both from the porch and a bench at the edge of the river bank. Mist rising from river was backlit by morning sun making for special morning gazing. The front parlor is another lovely place for gathering and relaxing. Terrific kitchen with large 5 burner gas stove and all the pots, bowls, pans, spices one might need. Even a tea kettle and a crock pot. Large dining table if one wanted to invite guests for dinner. Master suite spacious with adjacent room with desk and mirrored closet wall. Bed was super comfortable for restful sleep. Appreciated all the labels and printed cards to operate light switches and remotes. Home is on a street bordered by sidewalks for safe strolling. Got a chance to meet some friendly neighbors. Easy in and out with parking (room for 2-3 cars) by side entrance. Large grassy backyard for privacy and young children to romp. Cherished our stay and hope to stay again on a future visit.

Delightful Home and Perfect Stay

One of our most pleasant booking experiences. This home was immaculate, well appointed and very tastefully decorated. We felt like we were guests in someone's home versus staying in a rental. Sitting on the front porch watching the morning sun sparkle on the river across the way couldn't be beat. All and all this was a 5 out of 5. Many thanks to our host!

One of the best properties!

We loved our stay here. The host is super responsive. The property is very clean and perfectly preserved. A great deal of thought and care has gone into this home over the years. Fantastic home!

This older home has been amazingly modernized. It is beautiful inside with a combination of modern conveniences and cottage warmth. The front porch and it’s view of the Ohio River are lovely. Tony could not have been more gracious and accommodating a host. Highly recommend.

We were so pleased with our stay at this home on the river. Not only was it the most aesthetically pleasing home I've rented, but it was also the cleanest. The home was equipped with everything we needed and the owners were great communicators.

Great spot and great host

The house was clean and very well prepared for our visit (including Christmas decorations in the house). Tony stayed in touch with us all along, and was quick to respond when we had questions. The decore and finishes of the house made us feel at home. The house was well equipped, everything was well organized and labeled (the best we’ve seen). If someone forced me to pick one negative thing about the house, it would be setting the right water temperature in the master shower - my wife found it tricky, but if that’s the worst thing about the house, you know you are in a good spot ;)

Beautiful Home!

This is a wonderful home in the heart of Toronto - on the Ohio River. The entire home has been renovated and nothing was overlooked. The kitchen is well appointed; set up to cook and host meals. The house is immaculate while still feeling incredibly comfortable. The owner of the home has labeled everything - no time was wasted trying to figure out how things work. This house is within walking distance to a great pizzeria, coffee shop and a few unique stores. Only 15 minutes to Franciscan. We will certainly be back.
