A pull-out double bed and optional twin rollaway cot (available upon request) allow the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.

Starter Supplies

Essentials are provided to help you settle in, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, salt & pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Guests are encouraged to plan ahead for any additional supplies needed during their stay.

Towels

One bath towel is provided per registered guest. Please bring additional towels if required.

Unit Access

As this is a condominium building, management may occasionally require access using a master key. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible; however, emergency access may occur without prior notice. Guest cooperation is appreciated.

Temperature Control

Heating and air conditioning settings are regulated by condo management. Adjustments can be made within approved building limits, while seasonal HVAC availability is controlled by the building.

Liability & Safety

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge these terms and release the host and co-host from liability. The host is not responsible for slip-and-fall incidents, vehicle damage, or loss or damage to personal belongings.

Additional Amenities

A Pack ’n Play is available upon request.

Please note that shared building amenities, including the pool, gym, and hot tub, are managed by the condominium and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond the host’s control. Refunds or compensation cannot be provided for temporary amenity closures.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, and a $300 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is detected.
