Smoking, vaping, and parties are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property.
Please note that smoking indoors will trigger smoke detectors and may result in additional cleaning or penalty fees.

🐾 Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed on the property.
A $300 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated, as maintaining a clean and allergen-free environment is very important for all guests.

📌 Extended Stays
If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before check-out so we can coordinate with our cleaning team and ensure a smooth transition.
