The Space:

Please note:

- Due to the home's original design, air conditioning is most effective on the main floor and basement. During periods of extreme heat, the loft/second level may be warmer despite the ceiling fans. A window AC unit is installed in the loft to provide additional cooling. For the best cooling performance, please keep all windows and doors closed while the AC is running. Opening the windows during extreme heat will prevent the second level from cooling properly.



- The patio umbrella is currently out of service and unavailable for guest use. I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

The home is also close to the Stockyards District for larger retailers and shopping options.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The home offers central air conditioning on the main floor and basement for consistent comfort. The second and third floors, typical of many older Toronto homes, do not have central AC, but are equipped with ceiling fans to help keep air circulating. For added comfort, the loft bedroom includes its own window AC unit.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.



➤ Two exterior security cameras are installed at the front and back entrances for safety purposes only (no cameras inside the home)
