„Obwohl das Hotel äußerlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu scheint, macht es einen sehr guten Eindruck. Perfekte zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und einen reibungslosen Ablauf. WLAN war super und auch das Gym war überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Großer TV und eine vernünftige Ausstattung. Irgendwann müsste mal renoviert werden, aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!“

"Has Hotel ist sehr groß, uns hat dies nicht gestört. Executive Doppelzimmer im 19. Stock nach deutschem Standard renovierungsbedürftig, insbesondere das Badezimmer hatte den Charme der 80er Jahre. Fenster aus Doppelglas und daher gute Schallisolierung. Sauberkeit verbesserungsfähig, Haare vom Vorgänger im Badezimmer ist immer ein no go! Lage gut, Anbindung zur Metro und auch fußläufig ist viel erreichbar. Parken leider wie überall in den Großstädten teuer - umgerechnet 30 Euro/Tag."

"We had a nice stay on both occasions. The staff was very kind and helpful. Ee went to Niagara for 2 days and could store our suitcase without any problems. Just ask for Endrious and he will take care of you. The rooms are spacious and clean. Only thing I didn‘t like was that whenever I went outside to grab something off of Doordash there was a Marihuana smell. That however is something that the Hotel has no control of. Surroundings are safe, there is a Loblaws right besides the Hotel and it‘s only a couple of minutes down to Eaton Centre. We‘ll be back!"

"Bakon im zimmer wäre sehr schön gewesen; leider liess sich die Tür nicht öffnrn. Und die Dusche hatte keinen Schlauch, war oben fest montiert. Für kleine Grössen wie mich ungeeignet. Sehr gut ausgestatteter Lobby - Shop. "
