Rounded stone steps lead up to the large double door entrance, covered in spring by a magnificent mauve wisteria. The spacious entrance hall leads to a sitting room to the right and a kitchen/dining room to the left. The stone turning staircase also leads to the first floor where there are 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The sitting room has plenty of comfy sofas, smart tv and dvd machine, stone fireplace, games table and 2 cupboards filled with books and games for all ages.
The kitchen is open onto the dining room where there is a family sized wooden table and chairs, pellet stove for chilly evenings and plenty of storage space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, large family sized fridge, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There are plenty of plates, dishes, cutlery and utensils so you'll never run out.
There is also a ground floor bathroom fitted with toilet, stone basin and bath with shower attachment.
A magnificent stone turning original staircase leads to the first floor.
The 4 bedrooms are all on the first floor. 3 king size bedrooms, 1 with ensuite shower room, and 1 family room with 2 bunk beds, 1 single bed and 1 small double bed. There is also a sunny shower room with shower, double basin and toilet.
Bed linens, towels, bath mats and kitchen tea towels are all provided.
Wifi is available through out the house.
The garden to the front of the property is large, spacious and surrounded by stone walls. There is a secluded decked area with table, chairs, barbecue, parasols and jacuzzi.
When you arrive at the house you can drive your car through the arched entrance and park within the property, there is enough room for 3 cars.
