« Clean, wonderful staff but was told indoor pool was available but it was closed for construction. Also, we were told upon arrival that there was a $15.00 charge per night to park. I was so confused as nothing mentioned this new charge. We love staying here but was very disappointed about the pool and especially the parking charges. »

« As a historic property there are some limitations on space and amenities. Nevertheless, the property is located in the heart of Gatlinburg and quite convenient. What really makes it special is its warm and welcoming staff. This includes those who prepare an enjoyable breakfast buffet each morning. »

« I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton. »

The rooms were clean, but the bed& other furniture placement left little room for one person to get in/off the bed. The bathroom sink in one of the rooms was clogged.
