« The staff were all so friendly. The breakfast was better than any hotel breakfast I've ever had. The rooms were vintage but very clean. My one single complaint is that there is no mini fridge in the rooms, but the location, service, and rooms more than make up for it. I'll definitely try getting a room here again next time I come to Gatlinburg. »
