Sehr schönes Hotel mit unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern
Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön und gemütlich. Zimmmergröße, Einrichtung und das Bad sind toll. Einzig die fehlende Lüftung im Bad empfanden wir als störend. Leider trafen wir hier auf die unfreundlichsten Hotelmitarbeiter unserer 3-wöchigen Irland Rundreise. Schon beim Betreten des Hotel hielt es niemand der 3 am Empfang stehenden Mitarbeiter für nötig uns zu begrüßen. Beim Einchecken wurden uns dann schnippisch mitgeteilt, dass wir nur ein Basic Room hätten - richtig, hatten wir so gebucht. Auch sonst wurden wir nie von Hotelmitarbeitern auf den Gängen/am Empfang gegrüßt. Dies gab uns das Gefühl in diesem Hotel, welches scheinbar mehrheitlich Geschäftsreisende Menschen zu beherbergen schien, als Rundreisende in Jeans und Wanderschuhen nicht willkommen zu sein. Leider passte diese doch recht arrogante Einstellung nicht zum Reinigungsstandard - ich fand beim ersten Betrachten des Bads direkt 3 schwarze lockige Haare an der Wand und auf dem Rand der Badewanne. Der Badspiegel war zudem übersät mit Farbspritzern. Nicht dramatisch, aber bei einer solchen Begrüßung erwartet man doch ein perfektes Zimmer. Da die Dame am Empfang beim Auschecken allein war und während unseres Check-Outs dann ans Telefon gehen musste, wurden wir nur zum Zahlen aufgefordert und natürlich nicht gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war o.ä. - ein Ende wie es begonnen hatte.

angenehmer Aufenthalt, schade dass die Bar zuerst keinen Platz hatte und dann bereits um 9pm zu machte. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Servicepersonal. 1 von 2 Aufzüge ging nicht, der andere war laut und alt. Gerne wieder!

Lovely stay here, a lot of breakfast options and you can mix and match what you want. There is also a bar, were we ate because we had a busy day and it was simple but good. The hotel is clean and pretty inside (older style though). The rooms were good and everything we needed was there. The only thing we didn´t like was that our bathroom had a shower curtain... it´s feels really unhygienic.

The room was large and very well equipped. The bar food was good. Staff members were cheerful and helpful. Only suggested upgrade would be to add a business centre where one could get on a computer and print out boarding passes etc.
