Hello,Thank you for the review and we are happy you appreciated our staffOur Agriturismo is not just for people who stay here, our restaurant is opened also for external customers. We are (fortunately) famouse among local people because of our excellent cuisine and for this reason the choose us for their event (birthday, weddings, ecc). Of course, for parties we make the music stop at midnight: it is a must.Here with us you can enojoy the traditional sicilian welcome (food and habbits), and yes, sometimes we are a bit noisy. We are not really a desert isle in a complete silent.

Hello, we are sorry you did not enjoyed our restaurant. In our Agriturismo you can enjoy the traditional Sicilian welcome (food and habbits). We are quoted on many famous magazines "Osterie d'Italia", Slow Food since 2002; "Ristoranti d'Italia" - Gambero Rosso 2017-2018. We use the product for our farm and excellent products from Sicily (pistachio from Bronte, black pork from Nebrodi, Vastedda cheese from Belìce, red garlic from Nubia, salt of Trapani, almonds from Noto, etc). Pizza is not the classic you can find every where: we use ancient sicilian flour (Our farm produce Tumminia and Senatore Cappelli), slow leavining (24h) and Trapani traditional recipe. Your reservation was just in B&B so when you sit at our restaurant our waiter brought you the menu from which you could choose à la carte. You chose a starter named: "Grand Buffet",that means big and above all there is written what is included: they are 10/12 small tastes of different varieties of traditional local starters (for this reason we took you different dishes). Our Sicilian food habit is copious and we are sorry you did not enjoyed this. We took you different little dishes in different times in order to make you eat all warm for a better taste. It was the first day we opened again after the lockdown and we were still working to fix the outside (the grass of the pool area for example which it was not available according to the law and it opened from 25/05, so after your stay). About breakfast: according to nowadays law buffet is forbidden so we explained you what you could order for your breakfast that was the same of other people (maybe they order different things). Hello, thank you for joining your experience. We are happy you appreciated our restaurant. However we are sorry about what you are writing according to your stay. You made a reservation for a Glamping (a safari tent) and when you arrived we suggested you a standard room because of bad weather and you accepted. For this reason photoes were not the same of the type of accommodation you reserved on hotels.com. When you made the reservation you put just 1 person and it means that the price is less than the price for 2 people. We also spent money to call hotels.com in order to clarify it. We are still fixing this problem because of course the price for 1 person is not the same for 2 even if it is a double room. We have the price for double room use single that is less than paying a double room for 2 people. At the end in order to not making you so much trouble we accepted the situation. We hope to see you again soon

In order to add a different choice from the restaurant menu you can find every evening also pizza. Abbiamo già in programma di sistemare i bagni delle camere, lo scorso anno durante le ferie abbiamo rimodernato e ristrutturato l'esterno e una delle sale ristorante. Hello, thank you for writing your experience. Our agriturismo is located in the countryside and we are a bio farm. For this reason we use to cut the grass each 15 days (because we don't use any chemical products to make the grass stronger so we have just to wait natural grow and then cut it). Sheets are 100% cotton, and also towels, but we agree with you that better towels exist (like towels of 5 stars hotels). We will check and make better about lights and bulb. Dogs are our friend and they are welcome. But we inform our guest that they have to stay with the leash far from the pool water in order to not enter. We are sorry if some guest did not follow rules and free their dog for playing with the ball. The pool is reserved for our guest (rooms and restaurant) and it does not matter if they are teen or older people. We hope to see you again soon for a longer stay in order to appreciate our agriturismo in toto. Kind Regards

Buongiorno, Le nostre camere (alcune delle quali hanno vista sulle isole Egadi e le uniche ad avere dei gradini) offrono la possibilità di immergersi nella campagna trapanese e un ottimo punto d'appoggio per le diverse escursioni tra le bellezze della provincia (a metà strada tra Trapani e Marsala e a soli 45 min dall'aeroporto di Palermo). Poi non sappiamo se intende il Glamping Cedro per quale si accede a mezzo dei gradini antichi dell'azienda agricola per entrare nel nostro orto dove i Glamping sono immersi (gli altri due sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto così da poter scaricare e caricare i bagagli facilmente). In ogni caso siamo sempre a disposizione e ci offriamo ad aiutare il cliente. Tutta la nostra struttura è accessibile in carrozzina (2 camere per disabili per le quali si può accedere da uno scivolo che può essere usato anche per le valigie), anche la piscina e i bagni della sala sono accessibili grazie ad uno scivolo. Gentilissimo Giuseppe, il nostro agriturismo offre diversi servizi: camere, ristorante, centro benessere, piscina all'aperto, ecc. Il nostro ristorante, di cui ci rammarichiamo non abbiate potuto usufruire e quindi valutare, è segnalato dal 2001 sulla guida Osterie d'Italia per la sua cucina tradizionale e la selezione di prodotti d'eccellenza nonché l'uso dei prodotti della nostra azienda agricola, e sulla guida Ristoranti d'Italia Avendo soggiornato una sola notte avete potuto soltanto usufruire del nostro centro benessere con un voucher wonderbox (che prevede un percorso promozionale di breve durata: il nostro centro benessere prevede diversi percorsi completi nonché una rosa di massaggi- dal massaggio relax, al massaggio hot-stone, psicosomatico, antistress, fisio-art-déco, ayurveda con shirodara al cuoio capelluto, ecc). Per quanto riguarda la colazione viene offerta una colazione continentale al buffet: pane, croissants vuoti che possono essere farciti con nutelline, le nostre marmellate fatte in casa, torte, crostate, yogurt bio, spremute d'arancia (in assenza succhi di frutta), salumi e formaggi, uova sode (strapazzate su richiesta), burro, fette biscottate, biscotti, latte di mandorla, ecc. Caffè, cappuccini, latte caldo, ecc espressi. Se avevate bisogno di qualcos'altro eravamo a vostra disposizione ed eravate liberi di chiedere. Un altro suggerimento valido per qualsiasi altro vostro soggiorno: la prossima volta prima di andare via vi invitiamo a passare prima dalla reception per chiedere se è stato tutto saldato poiché non abbiamo avuto modo di chiedervi se aveste consumato qualcosa al minibar e seconda cosa non avete saldato la tassa di soggiorno - appena finito il centro benessere siete andati via subito senza passare della reception. Vi invitiamo comunque ancora per potere usufruire dei nostri altri servizi e scoprire che presso l'agriturismo Vultaggio il relax non è la sola cosa da provare: gusto, odori, sapori... Guests have reserved place at the swimming pool (you would have just to ask). Wi-fi service should arrive in every room, if it did not work maybe there was a problem.
