The information for how to check in was very confusing and we were unable to get in. When we called the number, they gave us the wrong information assuming we were a different customer. Not knowing that at the moment, we received a text from them right away it was written to a different person so I was able to identify the problem for why we could not get in. We called them back and we’re giving all different codes to get in the building and within 20 to 30 minutes we were in our room, but running late for the wedding we were supposed to attend
