"Everything was GREAT! Exactly how it was advertised. My group had a lot of fun staying here. I would definitely consider booking again in the future. My only complaint was that the hot tub took 24+ hours to reach its set temperature, and even then did not feel like it was to temp."

"12 of us -- 3 generations -- enjoyed the house for a long weekend. The kids braved the pool, while the adults stuck to the hot tub (weather was cool). Trips to the pond and "barn," and a guest house for those of us who enjoyed quiet while the others whooped it up in the main house. Would definitely return for another Dallas-area stay. Host was exceptionally accommodating and helpful."

"This house was ideal for a large family/group. You could stay here for a week and have enough to entertain the kids without ever leaving. It is seriously out in the middle of nowhere but I couldve made a restful, quiet, quality time family vacation easily. It has a well stocked kitchen. BB/vollyball court, fishing pond, pool tables, media room. The house was extremely clean and upscale. It could use a mowing/shredding. Do not try to get to this property in a low sitting car. "We are new to VRBO, and had a wonderful stay at this property. Outside of a small technical issue with the clothes dryer, everything was perfect! Beds are super comfy and bedding was plush. 3 TVs and 3 bathrooms/bedrooms throughout and a fully appointed kitchen. Central A/C was heavenly on this toasty Memorial Day weekend! We certainly would be willing to stay again! Communication was prompt and friendly. Thanks!"

"My family stayed at this house to attend a wedding nearby. The location was serene. The property itself is poorly maintained, with trash and tools strewn about the yard. The horses in adjacent pasture showed physical signs of neglect (one had a festering wound behind the ear, from a bridle that was ill fitted, put on wrong, and clearly left on the animal for far too long). The house itself was nice enough, and clean enough, but by no means spotless. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen...

"We were in town to see family so didn’t get to spend the time enjoying the Winnie. The view is beautiful overlooking gently rolling pastures with horses and cattle. In the morning we woke to the contented murmuring of chickens grazing and at night drifted off to the sounds of grazing livestock and the occasional faint vibration of ecstatic equine zoomies through the open window. Loved it!"

"The Cheerful Two Bedroom was an ideal location for us. We were doing a week-end barnhunt trial at the nearby Myers Event Center and were looking forward to staying at the pet friendly home with a fenced yard for the two pups. The house itself was excellent although all of the doors could use a bit of WD40. Our only disappointment was the backyard which was unkempt and full of large weeds and dog poop from previous visitors. A scoop was provided for the dog poop, but there was no receptacle to...

"We were traveling from Dallas to Fort Smith. Found this on Expedia at 1 am for $87 total. Very basic room. Perfect for what we wanted. Slept for 6 hours and back on the road. Staff was very friendly. The outside entrance door didn’t have a lock, that was my only complaint. Very convenient location."

"When I walked in the door, the receptionist was very sweet and friendly as going to the rooms. The hallways was smelling, so good, it had a clean smell loved it. My room was nice and clean and nice 😊 "
