« There was an extreme amount of outside the room noise. Multiple sirens, people talking and laughing outside my room. I felt unsafe there. »

« Smoke detector chirping in middle of night- went to front desk to get a new battery/ told me to unplug it myself and she would leave a note for maintenance. AC unit excessive loud otherwise property nice. »

« Hotel neuf, personnel souriant. Belle piscine et jaccuzi intérieurs. Belle salle de sport. Le buffet du soir est inclus mais il n y a guère de choix pour les végétariens et les plats n étaient pas très bons. Petit déjeuner un peu décevant. »

« The property was clean and nicely updated. Breakfast was very limited with very few options. What was offered had very little available. We did find something and it was nice to eat before hitting the road. Staff at check in did not greet as I walked in. She was clipping her nails and even answered her personal phone during the process. Morning staff at checkout was much friendlier and engaging. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property. »

« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« The front desk clerk was kind and attentive. He acknowledged us upon entry. Breakfast was great! The staff working the breakfast area were friendly as well! The room was clean and there was plenty of room for my family of 6. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area! »

« Spark is one of those hotels that you could drive by it and not know it is a hotel. That isn't a bad thing! The rooms are perfect with a very new look to them. The beds were extra firm which was a surprise! The layout of the hotel internally is a bit to get used to. I didn't like that there were stairs needed for a lot of the accommodations (getting breakfast, getting to the room from the back parking lot, etc) The shower was low pressure, but we never had any problems getting nice hot water!...

« J’ai déjà fait un avis positif pour cet endroit mais moins d’une semaine à mon retour je réserve la même hôtel car j’avais vraiment aimé la place Déception des coquerelles dans la salle de bain qui se promène sur le plancher et malheur une autre près du lit que j’ai apporté à la réception et mon changer de chambre et beaucoup moins pire mais finalement je n’étais pas encore seul Dommage car l’installation est bien mais il devrais faire exterminer, moi j’aime pas dormir avec des bebittes »
