« Visite de l’Italie avant la ruĂ©e, c’est parfait. Tout n’est pas ouvert pour la saison mais suffisamment pour compenser le trop plein. Nous sommes en Italie pour plusieurs semaines et apprĂ©cions de ne pas avoir Ă  rĂ©server Ă  l’avance partout. Mars est un peu froid et humide, il faut prĂ©voir les bons vĂȘtements. »

« We spent 12 days in Montepulciano on a cycling trip and the location was perfect. Located just a few steps from the main street in the Old City you have quick access to the shops, restaurants, and historic sites - not to mention a spectacular view of the Val D’Orcia valley to the east. Royce (owner) was attentive to all questions and requests. »

« Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in der Casa Francesca. Das Appartement Rosmarin war sehr angenehm. Die KĂŒche bestens ausgestattet, die Betten gut. Eine herrliche Ruhe, der parkĂ€hnliche Garten, die OlivenbĂ€ume und die gepflegten Pflanzen. Bei der großen Hitze tat der Pool gut, auch hier alles bestens gepflegt. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg aus diesem Paradies. Unsere Gastgeber Helmi und Peter waren sehr herzlich. »

« Ideally located at the top of the old town. Five minute walk to the main square. Five minute walk to plenty of free parking along the town wall. Great views across the Tuscan valley from all rooms with complete privacy. Well stocked with supplies in the kitchen,laundry etc.The host was born in the town and speaks perfect English.He was easily accessible with great recommendations of his beloved home. Highly recommend. Will be back. »

« The apartment is large. Basically 3 separate rooms. 2 on the second floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend for someone that cannot do steps, especially the third floor bedroom, as the bathroom has 3 steps to get down to it. It was a beautiful bathroom but just be aware. I cannot say enough about the host, Syed! He bent over backward to transport us to where we wanted to go. (We did a cooking class about 15 minutes from the city! I highly recommend.) « This apartment is located right in the heart of old Orvieto. The location is wonderful, located not far from the Duomo, and near many restaurants. The apartment was very nice- it was one of our only stays in Italy that included a few English speaking television stations. And the owner left us some nice snacks. He also worked with us to get us a cab on our departure morning. Orvieto is wonderful! »
