« Hôtel proche de la sortie d autoroute , à côté de la station service. Pas glamour mais pratique. Chambre au calme même donnant côté station, plutôt spacieuse, confortable et récente. Parking aisé Restaurants nombreux disponibles à 5mn à pied ou sinon en voiture dans Prosser. . Salle de sport grande et avec une 12aine d équipements de qualité Petit déjeuner classique dans le style des holiday inn et des hôtels américains »

« Clean room. small item in room needed attention. Staff took my comment seriously and passed onto maintenance. I doubt cleaning staff would have noticed; not on their check list. The staff at other places Ive stayed at acted as if I was just griping about something, when in fact the issue I was pointing out was something i would have taken seriously if it had been in my own home. »

« Centrally located near shopping, movies, restaurants. Bed was perfect. Looked like a more upscale hotel than what I paid. No elevator but stairs aren’t a problem for us. The pool was nice! »

« The room was clean and comfortable. We were pleased to find a bible in a night stand which used to be standard in all hotel rooms. The breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again if ever in the area. »

« The staff at this hotel were excellent! The front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful, even when we asked for the foosball equipment twice in 1 hour. We requested more towels to our room and they were delivered in less than 15 minutes, wow! The pool was perfect for my grandkids, shallow end for the little and deeper pool for the older more adventurous one. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Even though it was really busy, they kept everything well stocked and available. We would stay here again. »
