« My only major issue was night staff. Young lady was not friendly. Seemed more concern about her phone. Lastly every day upon arrival back to hotel, did not work. I had to walk back to other end of hallway, down stairs, get my keys reset and walk back up stairs and down hall to let my family in. Not one staff member seemed concerned about that. »

« Room was clean and didnât feel cramped. My spouse didnât get to enjoy the free breakfast which was a reason for choosing this hotel so that he could eat before work. For some reason there was a delay and he had to leave for work before they opened it up. »
