« Loud, rooms dorty, utilities did not work properly. Lock on door was loise and didnt work. Noah at the front desk was extremely rude and came across as transphobic for repeated misgendering. He also tried to cancel our reservation on us. Do not reccomend. Do not recommend Tricities area at all. »

« The room was average size, had everything you'd need but wasn't as clean as I'd expect. The kitchen floor was sticky in spots, until I wiped up whatever had been spilled. The faucet in the bathtub was extremely hard to turn on, but once I got it on, there was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. « Staff, lovely. Rooms dirty. Not the kind of dirty rhat can be blamed on cleaning staff. Property owner type dirty. Shower doesnt drain, toilet doesnt flush, mold around windows, air filters filthy, grout peeling, and the stuff rhat would rrquire staff to have time/support to do, deep clwaning stuff, obviously not done.
