Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la maison d’Emilio et la quittons avec regret… C’est une maison de pierres comme on en voit dans les campagnes environnantes, simple et authentique, s’intégrant parfaitement à la nature. Si bien qu’on la distingue à peine lorsqu’on nage dans la mer en contre-bas, toutes les maisons sur la côte devraient lui ressembler ! Le jardin quant à lui est un véritable paradis, quelques pas et on découvre un nouveau recoin, un nouveau paysage… La vue y est époustouflante quelque soit l’endroit où l’on se trouve. De plus Porto Tricase est situé sur la côte entre Otranto et Santa Maria di Leuca. La côte y est sauvage et magnifique. Enfin Emilio est un hôte extrêmement gentil, nous avons eu un très bon contact et nous vous recommandons sans hésiter sa maison !

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage im Haus, welches so viel Atmosphäre ausstrahlt, umringt von duftenden Pflanzen und dem unbeschreiblichen Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Entsprechend hatten wir eine traumhaft erholsame Zeit.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Traumhafte Lage des Grundstückes direkt am Meer. Die Gestaltung des riesigen Gartens ist wunderschön. Unsere Hunde konnten sich frei auf dem eingegrenzten Grundstück bewegen. Wir waren Mitte Oktober da. Wir hatten noch sommerliches Wetter und konnten im Meer baden und Kajak fahren.

What a dream…
We had a fantastic stay in this lovely little stone house surrounded by a fantastic garden with direct access to the sea. Waking up in the morning with this view, walking through the garden and enjoying a morning swim in the sea was simply priceless. The house has everything you need to immerse yourself in the here and now and let your soul unwind. We received a warm welcome and everything went smoothly. Thank you very much for this week in this wonderful place. We could have stayed much longer...

Green paradise right by the sea
Yes, this is a dream: A beautiful spacious garden and this cozy little stone house. A calm spot for relaxation right in Tricase Porto, within walking distance to excellent restaurants (best: Taverna del Porto) and a fabulous bar (Menamé). And yes, you can access the water for a great swim a few steps from the proper, which we did only once due to the stormy sea. Our host, Emilio handled everything smoothly and promptly. We’ll definitely come back.

Ein Traum
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem schönen Häuschen mit dem phantastischen großen Garten direkt über dem Meer. Emilio und sein kleiner Sohn Cesare haben uns persönlich empfangen, uns alles erklärt und gezeigt und uns viele Tipps gegeben. Weil das Wetter etwas stürmisch war konnten wir nicht direkt am Haus ins Meer zum Baden und sind deshalb in den Hafen von Tricase hinüber gelaufen. Dort gibt es auch schöne Bademöglichkeiten und das Wasser ist sehr sauber. In Tricase Porto gibt es nur einen sehr kleinen Alimentari der nicht alles hat was man braucht. Also: Besser schon vor der Anfahrt einkaufen gehen. Oberhalb des Häuschens geht eine Straße entlang. Sie hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Meeresrauschen war eindrucksvoller! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Es war so schön auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, aufs Meer zu schauen oder den großen phantastisch angelegten Garten zu erkunden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Das einzige was wir ändern würden: Badezimmer und Küche tauschen ;-) Vielen Dank noch mal lieber Emilio und viele Grüße auch an Cesare und deinen Bruder

If you’re looking for peace and tranquility, in a beautiful location, in a simple but elegant home, this place is for you. Emilio and Raffaella looked after us perfectly. Ein Traum am Meer
Atemberaubendes, magisches Grundstück und Haus, dass man niemals verlassen möchte. In wenigen Schritten kann man von den vielen, gepflegten Terrassen aus an den kleinen Felsstrand laufen, baden und schnorcheln. Auf dem Weg pflückt man noch ein paar Feigen und staunt dann wieder über die traumhafte Aussicht. Emilio ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter, aber niemals aufdringlicher Vermieter. Der Weg nach Tricase Porto mit Restaurants und netter Bar ist zu Fuß kurz und einfach. Innen ist das Haus einfach, zweckmäßig aber sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist klein aber es ist alles da was man braucht (neuer E Herd). Die Anfahrt, der Parkplatz sind für Ausflüge ideal. Trotz des etwas hohen Preises jeden Euro wert.

Best place we have ever rent!
We now know that there is a « paradise on earth ». This charming house, its wonderful garden, its breathtaking view and easy access to the sea makes it a dream place to stay for holidays in Puglia. Wonderful stay
This property is incredible. The house is surrounded with lovely private gardens, and the views are epic. It's perfect for a relaxing, quiet stay if you're looking for down time from hustle & bustle. The location is central to nice drives to many beautiful beaches around Salento. Amenities in Tricase Porto are a short walk away. Emilio and his brother are wonderful hosts, accessible, thoughtful, and kind. Highly recommend a stay here.

Wer ohne Rummel einige Tage direkt am Meer sein will, der ist hier richtig. Ausflüge an Strände und für Wanderungen an der Küste und auch zu bemerkenswerten Städten sind gut machbar, sehr gut auch der eigene Parkplatz.

Wonderful house in quiet area with great garden and very nice sea view
The house impresses with its beautiful, quiet location with private sea access and a great garden. The pictures correspond to reality. Very good restaurants and a small grocery store are within walking distance. Emilio and Gabriele were very caring hosts and were always available with advice and assistance, have inquired whether everything fits and given tips and continuously cared for us guests. Super hosts. Super house. Great vacation. Gladly again at any time.

(Please find the English version below.) Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen in diesem aus dem typischen lokalen Gestein erbauten Haus verbracht, inmitten des rund 4'000m2 grossen, terrassierten Gartens, das Meer buchstäblich zu unsern Füssen. Die Stunden auf der Terrasse mit der fantastischen Aussicht bleiben so unvergesslich wie das erquickende Schwimmen im Meer! Dass sich gleich neben dem Einstieg ins offene Meer eine natürliche Wanne im Fels befindet, in der man auch bei bewegter See gemütlich und sicher baden kann, krönt den Badespass zusätzlich. Wir reisten als Paar und fanden mit dem Wohnzimmer und den beiden vorhandenen Doppelzimmern reichlich Platz. Dank Herd, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, reichlich Geschirr und Küchenzubehör konnten wir auch unserer Leidenschaft, dem Einkauf auf den schönen Märkten der umliegenden Dörfer und dem Kochen fröhnen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterschaft war hervorragend. Wir schätzten deren Kontaktaufnahme vor der Anreise und konnten uns bei Bedarf auf ihre umgehende Reaktion verlassen. Emilio, sein Bruder und seine Schwester sowie seine reizende Mutter Enrica ermöglichten uns, zwei unbeschwerte und traumhafte Urlaubswochen im Salento zu verbringen. Wir empfehlen dieses bezaubernde Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter (ausser natürlich in jenen Wochen, in denen wir es selber wieder belegen möchten ; ) . - - - - - We spent two wonderful weeks of vacation in this house built of the typical local stone, in the middle of the approximately 4'000m2 terraced garden and the sea literally at our feet. The view from the terrace remains unforgettable. Next to the stairs to the open sea you'll find a natural tub in the rock, allowing you to bathe safely even if the sea is choppy. We traveled as a couple and found plenty of space with the living room and the two available double bedrooms. Thanks to stove, refrigerator, freezer, plenty of dishes and kitchen accessories, we could also indulge in our passion, shopping in the beautiful markets of the surrounding villages and cooking. The communication with the landlords was excellent. We appreciated their contact before arrival and could rely on their prompt response when needed. Emilio, his brother, his sister as well as his lovely mother Enrica enabled us to spend two carefree and dreamlike vacation weeks in Salento. We recommend this charming vacation home without limitation (except of course in those weeks when we want to occupy it again ; ) .

Earthly Paradise
The charming little stone house is totally private and perfect for a revitalising retreat in heavenly surroundings! The terraced gardens that surround the property have so many charming places to sit and sun and watch the lizards come out to play - listen to the birds (many goldfinches), practise your yoga, read … or just “be”. But then through the gate and down the windy stone steps to the sea. Not for the faint hearted getting in - but once in the deep it’s another world, a dream to snorkel and perfect swimming. There has been such love in the design of this property. And Emilio the host was always there (at the end of a phone) to help out with any needs … but in his absence we met his brother and his amazing mother. We really hope to come back next year and it will hold a special place in our hearts. ❤️

most wonderful place
We had a great time in Tricase Porto. The house has everything you need and is lovely decorated. The many terraces are just amazing and the huge garden is kept with so much love. You don´t believe it´s so big and it´s all yours :-)! There are so many places to sit in the sun or shadow and relax and enjoy or just look at the sea which is just some steps below. In a couple of minutes you reach Tricase Porto (you can just walk there) and you can have a coffee or snacks in the bar or enjoy a meal in the nice restaurants round the beautiful harbour. There is also a shop where you can get groceries. If you want to see the area there are plenty beautiful places to go like Otranto, Leuca, Gallipoli and many more which we enjoyed very much (the towns and the food: the fish is wonderful). Emilio and his brother were always there if we needed anything and are great hosts. We highly recommend this place and want to come back.

uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in diesem rustikalen Haus, Emilio und Raffaella haben sich fürsorglich um uns gekümmert. Kleiner Wermutstropfen war einzig, dass es kein heisses Wasser in der Küche gab.

die spärliche Ausstattung des Hauses wird wettgemacht durch einen reichhaltig bestückten Außenbereich mit mehreren Terrassen, Außendusche, Grill. Das Haus und der weitläufige Terrassengarten sind ein Traum. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit umwerfendem Blick übers Meer, vielen schattigen Plätzen zum Lesen und Erholen unter Feigen- und Olivenbäumen, der direkte Zugang zum Felsenstrand war ganz besonders angenehm. Einfaches aber zweckmässig eingerichtetes Haus an traumhafter Lage. Riesiger Umschwung (terrassierter Garten) mit zahlreichen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten für jede Tageszeit und direktem Zugang zum Meer, wo sich das Schnorcheln besonders wegen der Fischvielfalt und tollen UW-Landschaft lohnt. Ein einzigartiger Ort, an den wir gerne zurückdenken - und zurückkommen!

Tutto come da annuncio. Il giardino è il pezzo forte e le foto, a mio parere, non riescono a rappresentare la bellezza del posto. La privacy è assoluta in un contesto veramente rilassante. Da un cancelletto c’è l’accesso diretto ed esclusivo al mare (scogli, ma accessibile). Sparse nel giardino (che è su più livelli) varie postazioni con lettini e/o sedie, sia al sole che all’ombra. Il panorama verso il mare ti “impone” di pranzare e cenare utilizzando il tavolo esterno. Noi la casa l’abbiamo usata praticamente solo per dormire… Dentro, arredo completo anche se suggerirei di aggiungere un piccolo forno a microonde. La proprietà è sempre - e prontamente- reperibile via telefono. Riepilogando, tutto ottimo!

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Domizil verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist stilvoll und sehr charmant eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles, was es braucht - überwältigend sind Garten und Terrasse(n). Der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist ein Traum, ebenso der großartige Garten mit Feigen- und Olivenbäumen und vielem mehr. Alles in allem ein Gesamtkunstwerk am Meer - vielen herzlichen Dank an Emilio und Gabriele, dass wir da sein durften, und für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Hoffentlich bis bald:)

Für all jene, die die Natur und den Blick aufs Meer lieben, ist das Haus am Meer von Emilio genau das Richtige. Die Fotos auf der Plattform werden der Realität nicht gerecht. Beim Check-in und dem ersten Rundgang waren wir von der Liebe zum Detail und der Schönheit des Gartens begeistert. Absolute Empfhelung.

Ritorno alle radici, sono una salentina trapiantata a Roma, nelle splendide pajare adattate a casa di mare, con molto gusto e un tocco di arte. Molto curato il giardino a terrazze., con piante sia locali che esotiche. A farla da padrone il panorama. Un sipario che si apre direttamente sul mare, da osservare in tutte le sue mutazioni, insieme al cielo, che, in questa settimana di tempo variabile, ha offerto vari spettacoli, dal passaggio delle nuvole, al cielo stellato , al sorgere della luna rossa. Un soggiorno di cui conserverò il ricordo del profumo dei fichi della mia terra.

Grazie Myriam, sei gentilissima. È sempre un piacere quando i nostri ospiti riescono a cogliere ed apprezzare nel profondo lo spirito del luogo. È stato davvero bello avervi con noi e ci fa particolarmente piacere avervi restituito un po' di quel profumo di Salento che quando si vive lontano manca sempre un po'. A special place
Two of us spent a wonderful week in this spectacular house. The place is a paradise. The house itself is basic, but contains everything you need. However, the house itself isn't the reason you would book to stay here- the incredible garden is the draw, which is split over three levels with the house in the middle. The garden is fully enclosed and entirely private, and our usually city-dwelling dog was in paradise with the freedom she had- we can't tell whether we or the dog are the most upset that we had to come home. We were afforded huge flexibility by Emilio and his lovely family who live in the area, resolving our only issue (the internet speed) within a few hours. Credit to the whole family for their hospitality and bending over backwards to make the whole stay smooth and relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Das Paradies im Salento
...hatten wir jetzt 3 Wochen lang. Das Ferienhaus war sehr geschmackvoll mit Stil und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Dusche etwas eng, aber bei den Temperaturen ist die Außendusche ja eh viel schöner ;-). Durch die dicken Steinmauern und vielen Fenster (Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden) angenehme Temperaturen innen. Der Außenbereich ist den Fotos eeidentischntsprechend identisch, also paradiesisch, weitläufig und mit viel Kreativität hergerichtet. Viele schöne Plätze mit Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten laden zur Entspannung ein. Eigener toller Felszugang zum Wasser. Mit einer kleinen Grotte (ca 2 x 3,50m), eine super "Badewanne" zum Relaxen. Vielen Dank an Raffaella, die in Abständen fragte, ob wir zufrieden sind, etwas benötigen. Eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Emilio war ebenfalls bemüht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We spent two weeks in the house of Emilio and his family. The house and also the associated area is very nice and corresponds exactly to the descriptions and to the photos. We felt very welcomed here, had a wonderful time and can imagine to come again The care provided by Emilio and his family was just great. Thank you for 2 wonderful weeks

Una vacanza da sogno
Ci sembrava di vivere in un sogno! Circondati da un giardino meraviglioso, un mare cristallino ed un sole caldo ed avvolgente, abbiamo passato sette giorni da incanto. Emilio e la sua famiglia sono stati molti cordiali e disponibili. Ci torneremo senz'altro!!!!
