„Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, Lage sehr schön. Essen hervorragend und auch in der Bar kann man super relaxen. Aktivitätsangebote wie Schnorcheln oder Whale Watching waren für uns auch sehr gut.“

„The Bungalow itself was nice and comfortable with a lot of space. The Blissbay is located beautiful outside of The Busy Beach of Nilaveli directly at The Beach. However you could make more out of this place: The Beach is not really clean (General Problem of The beaches at Nilaveli), the Restaurant is Not really cosy, a Lounge area is missing. „I was underwhelmed with this hotel and thought value for money was much not as good as other hotels I stayed at in Sri Lanka. Located in the central city area of Trinco, however there is not really much to neither see or do in this area. Suggest you instead look for a hotel on the beach and take a tuk-tuk if you want yo experience the city. The room was spacious, had AC, but other than that rather basically equipped. „Received very badly. It was terrible. They didn't even know we booked and were talking to us and eating at the same time. Very disrespectful reception. The rooms themselves were good and clean. Bath towels we didn't have in the room either and had to ask for it. We booked and paid for breakfast and they told us they had no breakfast for us. They asked us all the time whether we pay now although we have booked on ebookers and have already paid this. We did not get money back either. Not so ...

„L'hotel est bien situé, à 2 pas des restaurants et de la plage et la petite terrasse est agréable. Cependant il y avait une très forte odeur d'égouts dans notre chambre et l'hotelier nous a demandé de payer l'équivalent de 12 € supplémentaire par nuit pour avoir la clim dans la chambre ! Le Wifi ne marche quasiment pas. En bref je pense que vous pouvez trouver beaucoup mieux à Upuveli.“
