« Besides being a nice property, it offers excellent service. Even though this is a self service type of hotel, the communication is pretty instantaneous. We had a toilet blockage & texted for help. Within 10 minutes, someone came to fix our toilet & got it done in another 10. »

« Always clean and contactless check in is nice especially if you are coming in late. I prefer the premium rooms but all so far have been comfortable. Easy access tot the interstate and town. Would be a great place to stay after a full day at the ski park. »

« Mossbrae Hotel is a small and elegant place to stay right on the Main Street in Dunsmuir. You can walk to a couple cafes nearby (but not open all days). I was in room 4 and it was lovely and the bed very comfy, tho it did crick when I turned over. Lol. TV has many apps to choose from. Shower very large and nice. I enjoyed my stay very much and will certainly stay there again when visiting family there. »

« I typically stay with friends here but needed a break and to give them the space during the holidays. The room was clean and comfortable, and the keyless entry was easy to use. The location was very convenient—close to the freeway, downtown, and central Mount Shasta, with easy access across to the mountain via Lake Street. I received quick, helpful responses to any questions or requests I had. The staff was kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. »

« ONE STOP SHOP This facility was my last stop before getting home from a 2200 mile road trip. I am 84 years old and I was pretty tired!! It wasn't perfect, but it provided me a clean quiet place to sleep, an on site restaurant for supper and breakfast and there was a gas station right around the corner!! »
