« Daily clean up of the room was minimal. Bed was lousily made. Bathroom was left half cleaned up »

« Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast short staffed, frequently ran short of items. AC worked great. Great location in Rome. »

« Pet friendly but the pet area was at the end of the parking lot near the way in and out of the hotel. A little busy and distracting for traveling dogs. A large open space for moving around and poop baggies and a trash can for clean up. First floor. It available so elevator ride was necessary. Great location to many restaurants and gas stations to continue the trip. »

« This was our stop driving from FL to Indy. The hotel met our needs and the staff was soooo nice! »

« Upon check in, we learned the pet fee was an additional $75. The beds were too soft. There was no microwave in the rooms so we had to go down to the lobby and use a common microwave. There was no coffee machine in the room. They had an ice machine but no cups provided in the room. The breakfast was good. »

« Would love to give them a 10, but there are a few things you should know. The microwave and coffee maker is community use, in the lobby,not in rooms. The breakfast is more grab and go, with the exception of sausage patties. I enjoyed the stay, but had the smoke alarm go off both mornings around 5:30 without any explanations. »

« We booked on here because the pet fee said $40. But we got there after booking and they said it was $75. It was to late to change or cancel. So please go to website of hotel and see what they say the fee is. EXPEDIA doesnt update their websites.. We booked two rooms and one room the tub leaked and the hot water in that room wasn't hot. Breakfast was okay. »

« When pool is open it looks tiny just a heads up. No breakfast available. Loved the adjoining rooms for larger family. Great price for a quick stop. »

« Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Gym has a fantastic smith machine / squat rack but not much else. Extremely modern and clean rooms. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in YEARS. Typically travel to this area every quarter and will absolutely be booking this hotel everytime going forward. Only complaints: European shower door (water splashes out the back) + you can easily hear doors close throughout the night. 9.6/10 »
