« The lake home is situated close to shore with plenty of windows offering excellent views of the lake from right inside! The pontoon boat was very nice and easy to operate. Having of the boat is an absolute must as Lake Minocqua is an awesome body of water to tool around and sight see. The property is very well equipped. Fishing is good right off the dock! »

« Very private setting and extremely quiet. On dead end road and very little traffic. The small lake is a gem, particularly because there are no motorboats. Access to hiking, including in the Sylvania Wilderness, is a real plus. For folks looking for a true northwoods getaway free from noise, traffic and crowds and surrounded by natural beauty, this place qualifies. »

Nestled in a stunning forest, the location offered the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. « Home had absolutely everything we could ask for. Huge backyard with wild black berries and raspberries for the kids to pick. Cool fireplace areas and ton of nature. Interior was updated and comfy for my little family. »

Kitchen well equipped for making meals. plenty of space for sleeping a big group. outdoor area is excellent. fire pit was the center of things each evening. during the day we spent most of the time on the dock and on the water.My 15yo put it this way: This place is the best. It has everything. I thought I might get bored here but I’d never get bored here. »

« My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend at Dragonfly Retreat with our daughter and 2 granddaughters. The location is quiet and peaceful with a peaceful setting , yet ready access to everything Minoqua has to offer. Enjoyed a barbeque and campfire, as well as a visit to Wildwood and the Water Ski Show and visits to several area restaurants, shops and antique stores. We enjoyed having food for the animals so we could watch the deer, squirrels, chipmunks and ducks each morning. »
