« This property was exceptional. Clean, cozy and very well decorated for the cabin feel. The hilight of the propert is the back yard and deck. Our dogs loved sitting out in the sun while scheming how they might catch one of the many squirrels. If you're headed to Truckee or Tahoe this is a great place to stay. »

« The staff people were great. The food at the restaurant was great, the drinks even better. It's like staying at the pub in the Cotswalds country side, which was cool. Unfortunately, the rooms left a lot to be desired, especially at the price charged. The very, very squeaky bed, the windows with a ton of street noise, the shower/tub from the 1800s, which I thought was a period piece harking back to the pub idea, and essentially no friills everything. I've paid 1/5th the price at a basic Marriott...

« Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. »

« Our family had a wonderful first trip to truckee/Lake Tahoe. Cabin had everything we needed and it was in a perfect location;close to downtown truckee & Donner state park & easy trip to Tahoe. The cabin had a bunch of games, books and a great backyard with spa,bbq and gas fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows with the kids. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would 100% recommend this cabin and our family would love to stay here again. »

« We had a nice 3 night stay at the hotel with our 2 kids under 10. We stayed at the loft, with a full sized bed and 2 twins. The stay was very nice, but the room and bathroom were very small and outdated. It added to the charm of the place but got cramped! The food is expensive for what it is, but that is expected. Great to have a locker to put all of our ski stuff, and access to the pool and spa was great. »
