The unit was clean and cozy but we ran into one major parking/service issue:
Missing parking permit - since the immediate requires a parking permit (they tow cars), we needed a parking permit. When we didn't find any in the unit, we contacted the service that manages the unit. We were told to "look again" and when we informed them that the permits were not there, we were told to wait. Only after 2 hours (while we stood watch to make sure we didn't get towed) did we finally get someone to give us a combination to a lock box inside the unit to get the permits.
