Hôtel près de Jardin japonais Tsuki-yama-chisen, Brisbane, Brisbane

« Bon rapport qualité-prix. Chambre agréable, balcon apprécié. »

« Friendly & helpful staff; clean, well maintained property. The in-house restaurant was very handy with great food. I particularly liked the location which not in the CBD. »

« The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again. »

« Great location »

« Great parking. Great location to walking distance to transport for city. Would stay again »

« The property is a bit tired, but it is well kept and close to Wesley Hospital and the river ferry terminal »

« This hotel was an absolute shocker. The room was run down, both showers were mouldy, and the noise was so bad I didn’t sleep at all. The heater didn’t work in the bedroom, and in the middle of winter they expect guests to use a thin blanket instead of a proper doona. Basic essentials weren’t even provided — no tea towel, no coffee machine, and no milk pods in the fridge. It felt like the bare minimum wasn’t even attempted. During my stay I read the reviews, and the same issues have been...

« very nice location the concierge team was fantastic, they helped us managed our rental car that has to be towed back to the airport because of 2 flat tires Thanks again to the team The room was really nice too, we did not have time to enjoy the pool but the view was amazing »

« Internet très rapide. Chambre très vaste et belle. Litterie et lingerie impeccables. »

« Lovely staff, room was clean and had everything you need. »

« Très bien situé Une valeur sûre »

« Clean »

A recommander ! »

« Chambre très propre. Personnel agréable. Dommage que la piscine est été fermée. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour cela... »
