Poor design of room - shower head is so high on wall that when turning water handle (not marked with H or C), you are deluged with water & your hair is washed whether you wanted to or not. No instructions that you must push both light switches simultaneously to turn on/off all lights - not intuitive! No good place to put a suitcase except the floor or a fabric covered sorta bench. Floor outside shower is slippery when wet.

It was 90 degrees outside and the AC in my room did not work. I called down at 2:30am and the best they could do was bring me a fan. Needless to say, I did not get much sleep.

The room is gross! There is something splattered on the ceiling. The shower is gross. The headboards on the beds are all scratched up. The walls have marks everywhere. If we were staying more than one night I️ would have left.

Toilet was not in working condition and was not discovered until after midnight. Solutions weee unreasonable for someone that needed to rest for business meetings the following day.

Took quite a while to check in. I had reserved a queen bed and once I got to room it was 2 double beds, however I just dealt with it as it was late and had been a long day. No bags for ice box. Was woke very early by loud noises. Did not sleep well.

Mediocre stay – will not return! First time staying at this location, moving daughter into college. This location is further away from the dorms than I liked but close to the sports stadium. The check-in was fine but wish they would have told me that housekeeping is every other day, would have slept in longer. Room was fine, beds were comfortable but found empty beer bottles in the closet. The sliding door in the bathroom was oddly placed as it hits the light switches when shut. Wi-Fi was horrible in the room, had to go in the lobby to use it. Underground parking was a plus as we were there on a weekend that was unusually cold, and the hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood. Asked both front desk staff and bartender for a good Mexican restaurant, both had no clue. Thought that was odd but managed to find a good one on our phone “Mi Nidito”.

Had to wait till 4pm to check in. Sheets were not changed. Blood stain on the mattress bottom sheet wasn’t on. Filthy conditions. No rooms were left and they wouldn’t change our room

Needs a little attention
Hot water lasted 2 min.(front desk said that was normal) Drunk persons stood in the hall and talked loudly for 2 hrs I could not call front desk because the phone didn't work. Safe didn't have power couldn't use. I usually stay at this same hotel. The desk usually has a power strip to plug in phones/computers... it was missing. and no water in room.Front desk said call if there is not water But can't use phone so joke is on me!

It was a nice hotel. We did have to pay $10 for parking, which i wished was noted. It is a central area of town. Normally Downtown you pay. The bathroom area of room was huge and nice. The part where bed is was small.

No refund?
I didn’t get to stay. I needed to reschedule because of a work trip. When my work trip dates got moved, they wouldn’t let me reschedule and wouldn’t give a refund so I paid for the room and didn’t stay. I’ve been there before and bo issues. Not this time I guess.

Hello - I am very sorry that you were frustrated with your experience at the hotel. As was explained at the time, there were past incidents involving Ben which prompted the hotel to disallow any future reservations associated with him. For any further questions I would encourage you to speak with him regarding those incidents.

No Shuttle Service to Airport! Otherwise nice!
On Hotels.com it described that this hotel had “shuttle service to the airport” but it did not! Either Hotels.com misdescribed this or misinformed by Aloft Tucson University.
