The Space:

Picture the sun sliding down behind the Catalina foothills while someone lines up the winning putt and the rest of the crew splashes around in the pool. Welcome to our sprawling five-bedroom Oro Valley home, a resort-style desert retreat built for play!



Sleeping arrangements:



• Bedroom 1 (downstairs primary): King bed, ensuite with dual vanity and walk-in shower, desk

• Bedroom 2 (upstairs): King bed

• Bedroom 3 (upstairs): King bed

• Bedroom 4 (upstairs): Two queen beds

• Bedroom 5 (upstairs): Two sets of full-over-full bunk beds



Every bedroom has its own Roku TV, and upstairs you'll find two full hallway baths with tub/shower combos, plus a half bath downstairs.



The game room: Golden Tee and NBA Jam arcade machines and a pool table sit right off the big sectional, so the friendly trash talk never has to stop!



The kitchen: Cook up a feast on the electric range, gather around the large island, and start slow mornings with the Keurig or drip coffee maker.



The backyard: This is the showstopper. Float in the private pool, stretch out on cushioned loungers, fire up the grill for dinner outside, then settle around the fire pit under the desert stars. Giant Connect 4 and Jenga are ready for anyone not busy on the putting green!



Who it's for: Families and friend groups of up to 12 who want to play hard and relax harder. Four of the five bedrooms are upstairs, so anyone who'd rather skip the stairs will want the downstairs primary.



Our local team is just a call away throughout your stay, so all you have to do is soak up the sunshine and enjoy!



Guest Access:

The entire home and backyard are yours via easy keypad entry. The only exception is one locked owner's closet.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked into a quiet Oro Valley neighborhood at the foot of the Santa Catalina Mountains, this home puts you close to the best of the Sonoran Desert.



Outdoors: Saguaro-lined hiking and biking trails are just minutes away, and Catalina State Park is roughly a 10 to 15 minute drive for canyon hikes and incredible mountain views.



Food & drink: Local restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores are about a 5 to 10 minute drive.

Golf: Several beautiful courses are within about 10 minutes, perfect for taking your putting skills to the next level!



Day trips: Downtown Tucson and Sabino Canyon are each about 30 to 35 minutes away, and the scenic drive up Mount Lemmon makes a gorgeous half-day adventure.



Uber and Lyft operate in the area, though wait times can run a bit longer than in central Tucson.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and Tucson International Airport is about 45 minutes away. There's room for up to 4 vehicles (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway); street parking isn't permitted.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book. If you live within a 4-hour drive, please reach out to us before booking.



Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs per stay. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted. We kindly ask that dogs be crate trained and that you clean up after them.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



A noise-monitoring device is located in the backyard. It measures decibel levels only and does not record audio.



An exterior security camera is installed on the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.



The pool is not heated, but it's typically warm enough for a great swim from about June through September.

We stock a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. For longer stays, you may want to pick up extras at a nearby store.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
