Schade war, dass auf den vielen Bildern wirklich hübsche Zimmer abgebildet sind, leider haben wir ein Low-Price Zimmer bekommen, das sollte bei der Buchung doch wenigstens erwähnt werden ? Der Wellnessbereich ist auch kein Wellnessbereich. Dieser besteht aus einem schwimmerbecken und einem extrem gechlorten Whirlpool der in einem besseren Zustand sein könnte. Generell ist das Wasser im Hotel gechlort - unangenehm beim Hände waschen, duschen etc. Das Personal ist wie ziemlich alle Iren super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Durchaus ok, dafür zu teuer
Zimmer durchaus ok, Service sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Flair kam einem "Familien-Spass-Hotel" näher; vom teueren Preis waren wir auf etwas ruhigeres eingestellt. Frühstücksraum etwas schmuddelig nach dem Motto "Kinder-Marmeladen-Hände an vielen Tischen und Wänden". Frühstücks-Qualität und -Auswahl ok, nichts Überdurchschnittliches.

Never to return.
It was my first time in this hotel and I will never return the bar staff were young and inexperienced as we were left standing at the bar for ages on our drinks. We also were left waiting on our food with for 45 mins and when it arrived our family was left 3 meals short then told the kitchen was closed leaving them with no food.

we enjoyed our stay. food and friendliness good. only downside was that at reception we were told that our room was not quite ready for us and would we take a seat and they would call us when it was. we were asked if we wanted tea and coffee whilst we waited and we gratefully accepted, Sadly it never arrived and after two hours I had to go to reception to ask if they had forgotten us and they had. In fairness they had a wedding reception and it was very busy.

Great place to stay
Great Hotel . Friendly welcome on arrival very clean family room perfect for our stay . Swimming pool was excellent and well maintained. Cant fault the breakfast plenty of choice for everyone and Pancakes made to order for the kids excellent. Its location was perfect for us its only a short walk into the town centre and all its amenities. Over all a great place to stay for a break.

There was one person on reception trying to answer phones and check in. Would answer phone without saying excuse me whilst I get this. One person on bar. Asked for a drink, sighed then walked away never came back for 5 minutes in the mean time another person turned up to serve. Was an over priced hotel. Room very tired.

Good hotel - terrible restaurant
Whilst the room was comfortable, the service in the Brassiere restaurant in the evening was so bad that I walked out and went into the town to eat elswhere.
