The house was in a good location. It was clean and cozy with a quality kitchen. I’d give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that the floors on one side are really really slanted. My estimate is that it is a 5% grade probably due to the foundation sinking. The hallway feels like walking in a fun house and turning into the bathroom mains you are suddenly walking downhill which is disorienting and potentially dangerous for anyone with balance issues or walking difficulties. The shower tub itself is also slanted so my mother who has balance issues was not able to take a shower there. I feel this information needs to be in the description so that people who have balance problems are warned about the potential hazard.
