This house is equipped with a swimming pool and a hot tub! The pool is NOT heated and is available from April 1st-September 30th. There are 4 bedrooms. This is a two story house, with a primary suite on the main floor. Limit to 4 vehicles at the property.

For your safety and ours, a security camera is installed in the hot tub area and the pool area. We respect your privacy and do not actively monitor the footage. However, for liability purposes related to the hot tub and pool, we may review recordings if an issue arises. Rest assured, our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

There is no smoking allowed, even outside, at this property. Failure to comply can result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund.

There is a strict 8 person limit at this property. No more than 8 guests can be on the property at a time without express permission from host. This is monitored. Failure to comply can result in immediate cancellation of the booking and removal of the property without a refund.
