« The room was very well kept. The bed was very comfortable, the watee pressure in the shower was really good and the showers have big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel you can use, also body lotion on the outside of the shower. The complimentary breakfast buffet was exquisite, alot of different options and everything fresh. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. I would definitely be visiting again and will tell other people about my fantastic visit. Thank you. »

« We get together every year for our mom’s birthday. We try to go someplace different every year where we have things to do and can all be together. « I got to the hotel front door and it had been closed for 3 months as they were refurbishing the whole building. Nobody had told me about this during the reservation, which was prepaid by the way. It took me one hour and a half on the phone in 3 different languages to find out I needed to go to a hotel next door where my room was waiting. Nobody (Hotels.com nor the 2 hotels) had sent me a message to let me know the change. I was very tired when I got there and this precious lost time made me miss...
