Hotel Bartlesville

« Room has no central hvac. All a/c and heat is all from the buildings system. There’s no way to control how cold or warm the room gets. Brush fire smoke smell was coming into the room from the outside air. Floors were sticky and bathroom floor was dirty. I left before staying the night. Only positive is that I was refunded quickly for the inconvenience. Would not recommend. »

« Everything went great. My only comment for a possible improvement would be to provide a continental breakfast free. Of course a charge for the hot breakfast is to be expected but seemed a bit expensive. But we experienced a very nice stay. »

The bed linens were okay, but I dislike the way most hotels now make the sheets fold over the top of the comforter so the guest doesn't touch the comforter; that's so weird to me - just use an extra top sheet over the comforter to protect it! « We love visiting Pawhuska, and the Osage Casino and Hotel was a great spot to stay! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully taken care of. The staff was excellent, the food at The Big Spoon was very good and the bartender Aaron was super friendly and helpful! My one hangup is as a non-smoker--the restaurant is part of an open concept with the bar and casino.
