🌿 House Guidelines

We’re delighted to welcome you to Tulum, a place where nature and comfort meet. To ensure you enjoy the best experience, we kindly ask that you keep these notes in mind during your stay:

✢ Living in Nature: Tulum is set in the heart of the jungle, where vibrant wildlife and lush greenery surround you. Despite regular fumigations, you may encounter insects—an authentic part of the natural environment here.

✢ Construction Around Town: Tulum is a growing city, and development is part of its charm. Some construction noise may be present, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

✢ Electricity Cuts: On rare occasions, the local infrastructure may experience temporary power outages. These are usually brief, and we thank you for your patience should this happen.

✢ Peace & Quiet: Our community is tranquil and family-friendly. Out of respect for neighbors and fellow guests, we kindly ask that noise be kept low after 10 PM.

✢ No Parties: To maintain the serene environment, gatherings and parties are not permitted.

✢ Guests: For safety and community guidelines, only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Outside visitors and external personnel are not permitted.

✢ Pets: We love animals, but unfortunately pets are not allowed. If you have a special circumstance, please reach out to us.

✢ Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the villa/property.

✨ These guidelines help preserve the natural beauty, comfort, and safety of your stay. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you embrace the jungle rhythm, the warm breezes, and the unique spirit of Tulum.
